Here's a stamping technique for you!

Being that I am a novice at stamping.
I did a very basic but fun technique this week.
I decided to use stamping for a background instead
of patterned paper. First I chose a stamp to use.
Next I chose the colors of ink I wanted to use. I decided
to use my colorblock ink pads. Next I stamped on my
cardstock in a random pattern with each color. Then, I
took my black zig pen and traced the outside of my design.
You don't have to do this but I chose to because I thought
it would bring out my stamp design. Next thing is to adhere
you photo and embellish. Pretty simple and easy but it
turns out to be a great effect. Here's my layout doing this
technique.
