So I was just sitting here looking at a chenille stem (or as us old people know them, pipe cleaners), thinking "I know someone has to have used this on a page SOMEWHERE." But I can't find a single one. So here is the challenge - just for fun! Use a chenille stem somewhere on a scrapbook page - think WAY outside the box here! :)
